How to Prepare for the Workshop

This workshop uses the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessment as the basis for understanding leadership styles, strengths and weaknesses. Participants will be guided through interpreting the results of their own MBTI assessment and then the specific challenges their leadership style might present as they lead their research group.

To prepare for the day, each person must take the MBTI assessment. The assessment is completed online, and takes approximately 30 minutes to finish.

The first step is to register for the workshop. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email, including a web link and your log-in to the MBTI site. Follow the link to complete the assessment. You will receive your fully-analyzed results, in a personalized binder, when you check in at the registration desk on the morning of the workshop.

Please complete your MBTI test as soon as possible after registering, and no later than the registration close date of May 14 to allow adequate time for your results to be compiled.
